Judge Haenam Jung is a retired senior judge that served as the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court of Korea. Judge Jung is one of the leading litigators in assisting individuals and companies in complex litigation and arbitration in the Republic of Korea.
Prior to joining IPG Legal, Judge Jung was the representative lawyer of Minju Law Firm. He specialized in criminal, intellectual property, real estate, administrative, and fair-trade cases for foreign and domestic clients.
