Kip Richardson has been involved with the food industry for over two decades. He worked with numerous leading Franchisors and Masters in sourcing, franchise development and customs matters. 

Kip is particularly proud of working on the sourcing and other needs of leading franchisors including Outback Steakhouse, TGI Friday's, Chili's, Black Angus, Hard Rock Cafe, On the Border, and number other international and Asia-based franchises in the difficult Chinese, Japanese and South Korean markets.

Frank holds a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  Kip is proficient in the Korean language and has conversational capabilities in Japanese.  He assists IPG clients on matters related to franchising and distribution.
